Our mission is to provide fast, effective training in communication skills to be used immediately within our clients’ daily lives. We have recently moved from Shanghai, P. R. China to Cleveland OH, and do on and offsite training in the United States, Asia and internationally. We do face to face and distance coaching via telephone and the internet. Coaching is customized to meet the client’s needs, whether it is intensive or over a period of months.

SERVICES:

Initial Complimentary Consults – Our complimentary telephone consultations determine the primary needs and ultimate goal for each client.

In-Depth Assessments – After we determine the primary needs and outcomes desired, we may conduct a detailed assessment/analysis that will reveal the strengths, struggles and best practice strategies for training of each individual. This report equips the stakeholders with information to determine the best program(s) for all involved. This is a separate service with a separate fee.

Corporate coaching – We provide:

• Customized, on- or off-site assessment and coaching for individuals and small groups.
• We work with the individual, their supervisors and the training professionals at the workplace to achieve effective carryover into daily interactions.
• Audio or video assessments are conducted at the initiation and conclusion of the coaching.  The client is also trained in self-assessment strategies.

We provide customized, on or off-site assessment and coaching for individuals, small group and combination coaching and training. We work with the individual, their supervisors and the training professionals at the workplace to achieve effective carryover into daily activities.

Individual coaching - Individualized assessments and coaching for individuals on or offsite. Customized for the individual’s specific needs.

We support your speaking efforts for 3 years after completed programs!
All 12+ hour programs offer telephone and email support (tailored to the program) for 3 years after training!
