Our mission is to provide fast, effective training in communication skills to be used immediately within our clients’ daily lives. We are currently based in Shanghai, P. R. China yet do on and offsite training in the United States, Asia and internationally. We do face to face and distance coaching via telephone and the internet. Coaching is customized to meet the client’s needs, whether it is intensive or over a period of months.

We provide customized, on or off-site assessment and coaching for individuals, small group and combination coaching and training. We work with the individual, their supervisors and the training professionals at the workplace to achieve effective carryover into daily activities.
Individual coaching - Individualized assessments and coaching for individuals on or offsite. Customized for the individual’s specific needs.
